Shipping Information

Packaging: Each order is carefully hand packaged (with ice packs and insulated envelopes during warmer weather) to ensure your chocolates arrive safely.

Shipping method: Orders ship Monday through Wednesday using FedEx 2 day unless Overnight Shipping is requested or necessary (due to weather). Any orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be processed for shipping the following Monday. We avoid shipping Thursday through Saturday to avoid longer transit times and compromising chocolate quality.

Shipping location: The contiguous United States; includes 48 adjoining U.S. states and the District of Columbia; Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and offshore territories.

Shipping method: All orders shipped are sent through FedEx 2 day unless Overnight Shipping is requested or necessary (due to weather).

Shipping fees: Shipping fees are calculated by FedEx based on your delivery address, package dimensions and weight and selected shipping speed.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (holidays) and will be communicated during time of purchase on the website.

Delivery time: Once shipped, your delivery date/approximate time can be tracked with the tracking number received after purchase via the FedEx Tracking page. Delivery times may change due to severe weather, high package volumes and operational issues.

Local delivery: Please inquire about local delivery, often possible same or next day if recipient is located within 94526.

Warm weather: We recommend alerting the recipient of a perishable delivery and bringing packages indoors immediately after delivery.

After receiving your chocolates

Store chocolates in a cool, dry place (55-70 degrees F).

Avoid refrigeration and direct sunlight.

Enjoy within 7-10 days.

Overnight shipping may be required for warmer months and locations.

Once the package leaves our care, we are not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or theft. Shipping insurance is included with every order. A claim may be filed with FedEx to request a refund in the event of a delivery issue.
